Story - Vampires

Michelle rolled over grogilly and said, "Can you please keep it down a bit?" Katrina rolled her eyes. They had done something similar to this, late at night. "Maybe we could do a whole bunch of stuff...Vampires. We could be on the run, we could even have super powers, and a medieval castle. It'll be fun! Where do you want to start?"
"What kind of vampires?" Summer inquired suspiciously, "I don't mind if they're similar to Twilight vampires, but we can create our own details. I do, however, mind being a Dracula type of vamire." she concludes simply, giving Katrina a peircing stare. "Twilight vampires in what sense?" Katrina countered suspitiously. There is no way she'll get me to be a 'vegitarian' vampire, she thought.

Story - New Idea

Katrina had gotten the feeling she wasn't welcome to Summer, but they were best friends now. They were over at Michelle's house, just hanging out. As they wore themselves out playing night games, Xbox, and Brawl, Summer saw the wonderful friendship that Katrina brought all the way from California, and was relieved that she didn't let it pass her by. Michelle fell asleep immediately, but Katrina and Summer stayed awake thinking. Katrina was thinking of one of her ideas for a story. "And we could all be in it," She voiced her thoughts aloud. She wondered if she had just imagined her voice in the silence broken only with their heavy breathing and the crackling of the fire. "That's a great idea," Summer replied sleepily. Katrina jumped, thinking she was asleep. "But why don't you include me in as well?" Summer said with a smile. "Ok," Katrina said, her eyes sparkling.

Story - Meeting for the First Time

As Katrina sat with Summer on her favorite couch in front of the fireplace, her mind wandered to the first time they had met...

She stood in the commons after lunch, her long brown hair fell in slight curls. Her book was still in her locker, and she had nothing to. Then she noticed a girl from one of her many classes. That was the girl with Tourettes. What was her name? "Hello, I am Katrina, I am in one of your classes, I believe?" She said, with a slight British accent. "Oh, hello. I'm Michelle, and this is my friend, Summer." Summer had seemed mildly interested in the new arrival, but otherwise didn't pay much attention when Katrina made accuaintance with her best friend. Michelle was her first real friend, and now someone was going to come and steal that from her. She couldn't let that happen, but there was nothing she could do. She didn't want to be rude, as unwelcome as her guest may be. Then they started talking. And talking. And talking. And talking. And when Summer thought they wouldn't stop, the bell rang. But they didn't stop talking. They walked to the lockers without her, leaving Summer alone in a sea of swarming students, hurrying to get to their lockers and their classes on time. As Summer slowly started walking toward her locker, she was running through her mind what had happened. She hoped that as she walked to their cars with Michelle, it would be better...

Katrina didn't even remember what she had talked about with Michelle, she didn't have a clue. It was hard to think of her best friend as the shy girl she had ignored, but she was.

Introduction

This is the story we (this is Sydney, BTW) are writing, we hope you enjoy it as much as we will! Also, we will both be typing, so you'll never know who started and who finnished! We'll make it as flowing as we can, but it mght be infrequent, with school and such. I don't know how much homework we'll have, or how much freetime, but I get out super early on Friday. As a general rule, try to check every Saturday, at least.
